curtainwall

Curtain wall aluminium composite panel refers to the composite panel applied as building curtain wall, which is the composite panel with plastic material as the central layer and aluminium on two sides of it as well as decorative and protective coatings or films as the decorative sides.

Now, there are stricter quality requirements for new materials in construction and building decoration. The aluminum manufacturers, based on those requirements, bring forward more standard quality control methods and means. The national standard, GB/T17448-2008 Aluminum-plastic Composite Panel for Curtain Wall, details on the quality control indexes and testing methods of aluminum-plastic composite panel. Labthink Instruments Co., Ltd. As the excellent provider of testing instruments and testing services, introduces the relevant testing items and methods according to GB/T17448-2008 and other international standards.

According to GB 9754, 20 degree gloss meter should be applied to test. When testing, the testing data of more positions to the best of the operators ability is preferable. The difference between the maximum and the minimum values is regarded as the gloss deviation of the curtain wall aluminum-plastic composite panel. Labthink PARAM Glossmeter specializes in the rapid and accurate gloss testing of flat coating and painting surface. This instrument is portable in size, stable in quality and reliable in measurement. The resolution is 0.1 glossiness unit.

Aluminum composite panel curtain wall
●Material characteristics–light weight, simple processing craft. The surface is dealt with fluorine carbon coating processing, with anti-corrosive, anti-ultraviolet
radiation etc merits. Compared with the aluminum single plate, it has good sound insulation and thermal performance.
●Installation structure–localization installment, could be three dimensional adjusted with strong dislodgement absorbing capability.
●Construction effect–metal sense of reality, rich color, smooth surface and lines.

Barbed wire was invented in the 1870s to help tame the west. Cattle ranchers used the wire fencing material with spikes and barbs to corral cattle on the vast open grazing land. More than 500 types of barbed wire have been made, and this rustic tool is collected by thousands of people worldwide.

Now, Barded wire is usually used for making fence. Many farmers and ranchers construct barbed wire fences on their property to keep livestock in and unwelcome guests out. Constructing a barbed wire fence is not a difficult undertaking; however, you must use caution, as barbed wire is extremely sharp. Here are some suggestion for building barded wire fence.

  • Mark an “E” on the ground with orange spray paint at the location of each end post. A general rule of thumb is to place each end post within at least 50 feet of the next one. Mark an “L” for each line post to be placed. These will be sited every ten feet between the end posts.
  • Use a post hole digger to dig a hole 3 feet deep for end posts, 2 feet deep for line posts and large enough in diameter to allow your posts to fit completely inside. Set your posts in the holes and fill any openings around the posts with the dirt exhumed when digging the holes.
  • Pour crushed stone down around the base of each fence post to provide extra stability.
  • Secure the barbed wire to the end post using heavy-duty wood staples from a staple gun. The wire should be located 1 foot above the ground. Run the length of the wire to the first line post and secure again with a staple. Repeat this process until the length of wire is strung to each post. Make sure that the wire is pulled taut and is not allowed to sag in any areas.
  • Staple lengths of wire in 2-, 3- and 4-foot height increments above the ground, repeating the process above.
