Some Bathroom heaters can either be connected to a central heating system or operate independently. There are four main types of such radiators: electric heaters, electric dryers, water heaters and electric water heaters.
You have a big choice from electric towel warmers, central heating towel rails, to traditional or modern and stylish radiators. They all come in various colors: chrome, white, stainless steel, and huge range of shapes.
Very important parts of radiator or towel rail are valves, supplied in most cases as separate parts. Before order the valves you have to decide if the heater is going to be fitted on the wall or on the floor.
Typical radiators are not very expensive but if you decide to get one of the designer radiators or towel rail, it can cost more then you think. Copper one is usually much more expensive then steel one. Electric heaters’ power might be from 50W to over 1000W. When the bathroom is exposed to low temperature or high, t heaters with an output exceeding 400W are recommended. The temperature inside the bathroom provides comfort to 24°C
Radiator tubes are filled with water, a special fluid or mass. Heating elements (resistors) store heat and then place them through the radiator ribbing environment. The number of horizontal tubes determines the heating power and effectiveness. If you are not sure about the right radiator or towel rail for you bathroom size, then ask your plumber for advice. He will calculate it for you.
Getting heater for your bathroom helps you to avoid unpleasant smell of damp towels. Those days, bathrooms are equipped with heaters which make even a very wet towel dry quickly. Traditional radiator is usually fixed to floor and wall. Towel radiator may be as an option for hooks and hungers, especially when you can reach it from the bath or shower enclosure. Central heating towel rail, installed just next to the shower, is a good solution to wet room. Always keep in mind that the radiator heats not only towels, but the whole room.
