A thermostatic mixer is usually a device installed in a faucet, a spout, shower head or hand shower system to automatically control the water temperature being delivered to the shower, bath or basin according to whatever temperature is preset. There is a stop temperature set in the mixer. Thermostatic mixer has become a necessity in most houses with kitchens and bathrooms. 

The Jado Geometrie thermostatic mixer from Accent International compensates for variations in temperature and pressure and adjusts within 0.1of a second. This protects the person showering from scalding and the inconvenience of fluctuating temperatures. These safety features are pretty convenient for use with children and the elderly. 

The temperature is adjusted by turning the lower handle and water volume flow by adjusting the upper handle. Water is not wasted while the user adjusts taps to achieve the desired temperature as the Jado thermostatic mixer is preset and only requires the volume valve to be opened.
